In the highly regulated Swiss financial ecosystem, digital asset exchanges face a dual challenge: adhering to strict compliance protocols while delivering an intuitive user experience.
We managed the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial wireframing to final iOS deployment. Our core strategy centered on reducing the time-to-first-deposit—the most critical conversion metric for any trading platform. To achieve this, we executed a frictionless onboarding & KYC, relentlessly optimized the path to deposit, and refreshed the trading interface.
By prioritizing a smooth onboarding sequence and a simplified path to deposit, the new iOS application successfully transformed a historically rigid process into a welcoming user journey.
The redesigned architecture not only elevated SMART VALOR’s brand presence in the mobile space but also established a highly optimized funnel designed to drive active user acquisition and trading volume.
